by Sony Ericsson Developer Support
-08/07/2003

Sony Ericsson recently released the high-end T610/618, an advanced wireless communicator with complete imaging and messaging capabilities. The T610/618 has a large color LCD display, built-in camera, and multimedia messaging services.

This paper introduces the T610/618 and how to adapt your existing MIDlets to this new device, with special focus on adapting your Nokia Series 40 MIDlets to the T610/618.

This article assumes that you are familiar with the J2ME(tm) Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP) 1.0, and the Liquid Crystal Display User Interface (LCDUI) API, which is part of the MIDP 1.0 specification.
